4. Position Overview
Enertia Microsystems is revolutionizing the future of inertial sensing with our ultra-high-performance micro inertial sensor technologies for future of robotics, aerospace and space industries. We are fast-moving engineering team working at the intersection of MEMS, high-precision electronics, instrumentation, and microfabrication process. We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who enjoys working with hardware, learning new technologies, and contributing directly to the development and testing of next-generation inertial sensors.
5. Responsibilities
• Run and support MEMS fabrication processes according to established process flows and procedures
• Operate fabrication and process equipment used in MEMS device development. Monitor fabrication processes and identify process deviations or equipment-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment.
• Operate and maintain measurement and testing equipment used for process and device characterization.
• Support organization and day-to-day operation of fabrication and laboratory facilities.
6. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in laboratory work.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate fabrication, characterization, and laboratory equipment.
• Basic understanding of engineering data analysis and experimental methods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented fabrication procedures.
7. Preferred Skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus, but not required:
• MATLAB, Python, Labview, or similar engineering tools
